My item arrived damaged.
- Please send photos of your damaged items and the state of the packaging that they arrived in. Dependent on the level of damage, I will reply with options for you.

- The only items available for exchange are clothing where the fit is wrong. Clothing must be unwashed, in good condition, and still contain its tags. Shipping will be at your expense.
